Does anyone know if there is some code or a website (for matlab) to automatically check if the training goal is met in a neural network. And if the goal is not met to notify the user of which points.

In my case a Feed forward network with back propagation in a for loop of 2,000 + points, and i wanted it to check the goal automatically to save processing time. Any suggestions??
