i dont know anything about this function or neural networks in general.

i have read every single thread and links on this website that has to do with RBf and fuzzy neural networks.

my main problem is the coding
I have know idea,
oh yeah i forgot my matlab coding sucks too.

I dont mean to sound UNSERIOUS, but for some reason i dont just get the concept, i understand the Math of it but actually writing a matlab code is what i cant do

WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF MY QUESTION IS ANSWERED.

What is that you want to do ?
Have you gone through general matlab examples (they normally come with Matlab software package that show you how to go about training your NN, you just need to feed appropiate parametres and stuff )
