i dont know anything about this function or neural networks in general.

i have read every single thread and links on this website that has to do with RBf and fuzzy neural networks.

my main problem is the coding
I have know idea,
oh yeah i forgot my matlab coding sucks too.

I dont mean to sound UNSERIOUS, but for some reason i dont just get the concept, i understand the Math of it but actually writing a matlab code is what i cant do

WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF MY QUESTION IS ANSWERED.
