I am assuming that the characters are bitmaps. Are they black & white, greyscale or color? Are they noisy? Are the characters already centered and aligned properly? How large is the alphabet to be recognized? How much error can your problem tolerate? Will recognition need to happen in real-time?

If you can provide more specific requirements, it would be easier to help.

I'm a beginner of neural network.I'd like to get matlab code of Radial Basis neural network ( RBF) with multiple vector input.
I test with 256 input nodes , 200 hidden nodes and 10 output nodes.I have to classify multi-class (e.g. 10 classes ).
I'd like to know the training methods for RBF.

VC++.PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SEARCH FOR GETTING CODE IN C++.
